The UFC has had some notable cards so far this year but yet there’s still more to come. On Saturday, MMA fans can expect a full-action clash between Josh Emmet and Ilia Topuria, who will be likely exchanging power shots inside the octagon to see who’s the better man.

Recent interim title challenger Josh Emmett is ranked fifth in the featherweight division and returns into action after losing his third fight as a professional mixed martial artist to the Mexican Yair Rodriguez.

Emmet is known for being one of the most regular fighters in the category, as he has been among the top five for a while and his record is still a solid one (18-3).

His victories over former prospects like Mirsad Bektic, Shane Burgos, Dan Ige, and Calvin Kattar prove he’s a top fighter who’s waiting to get a title shot for Alexander Volkanovski’s belt, who will be facing Rodriguez in July.

The Phoenix native has a solid chin but is also an explosive fighter, winning the Fight of the Night award twice, against Burgos and Kattar. He also won the Performance of the Night bonus in his fight against Bektic.
