The stage is set for this evening’s fight between Jake Paul and Tommy Fury at the Diriyah Arena. It’s finally going ahead after two previous attempts were called off – the bout was originally scheduled to take place on 19 December 2021 but had to be postponed when Fury cracked a rib; the following summer it failed to materialise after Fury’s visa application was turned down by US authorities.

So it’s third time lucky and everything appears to be going smoothly – and that includes an alleged ‘running order’ which was leaked online by Platinum Mike Perry on the eve of the fight. According to Perry, the whole event has been rigged, scripted and staged with both fighters to follow a set of instructions.

Baby costume
Perry posted what appeared to be a sheet of Troop Boxing Promotions-headed paper with instructions for Paul and Fury to follow. These include Jake Paul entering the ring in a baby grow to Trey Songz’s Mr Steal your Girl…
At the Cold Open, Paul warned his opponent: “You’ll see who a real professional boxer is” to which Fury replied, “I’ve been doing this all my life, you’re finished come 26th of February”.
According to Perry’s ‘script’ Jake Paul is set to win by TKO in the eighth round. The script details how the fight will develop round by round with key moments highlighted in yellow marker.

‘The script’
“Round 1: The fighters start off cautiously, circling each other and throwing jabs”.
There’s little between the two until the tide turns in Paul’s favour halfway through.
“Round 4: Fury seems to be having trouble with his left eye, which is starting to swell shut. Paul takes advantage of Fury’s vulnerability, landing several hard shots to the head”.
The ringside doctor assesses Fury’s cut eye but decides he can continue. The script alleges it almost goes the full distance but is all over when the referee intervenes.
